About RockSee

RockSee exists because the cheapest bus ticket and the best bus ticket are often not the same thing.

Booking sites are good at showing you a price. They're not always good at telling you whether the "direct" bus actually swaps you onto a minivan at the border, whether the air conditioning works, or whether the driver shows up on time. That gap — between the price you see and the trip you actually get — is what RockSee is built to close.

What we do

RockSee started with bus reviews across Southeast Asia, and we've since added flight reviews too — the same idea, applied to more of what makes up a trip. Every review requires a trip date and a real photo (or, for flights, proof of the booking), so the reviews on RockSee reflect real journeys, not guesswork.

Right now, our search runs through a single booking partner rather than comparing every platform side by side — full multi-site price comparison is something we're building toward as RockSee grows, not something we're pretending to have already. In the meantime, honest reviews are the thing we can offer well from day one.

What we're not

RockSee is not a travel agency or booking agent. We don't sell tickets directly, hold your payment, or issue your booking. When you choose to book, we link you to the operator or booking platform you select, and the booking itself happens on their site. We may earn a commission when you book through one of those links — this never changes the fare or rating you see on RockSee.

Where we're headed

We're starting with bus travel across Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam, with more routes and countries on the way. Longer term, we'd like to bring the same idea — real fares, real reviews, no guesswork — to more of what makes up a trip.
